Hi I’m Karen
After working in care for 18 years I decided to set up my own home help service to enable me to provide a more person centred approach for our customers. Myself and my team take great pride in the services we provide and are very proud of the excellent feedback we receive.
We understand that choosing the right care for yourself or your loved ones is a significant decision.Being a small business we are able to provide help and support that is completely flexible to your needs and in a way that works for you, our service works with you to achieve your goals and to help you remain as independent as possible.
We can help with:
Personal care
Meal preparation
Medication
Cleaning
Shopping
Companionship
Respite care
Pet walking
Take you to appointments
We can also provide temporarily support to help you get back on your feet after a hospital stay or period of illness.
We are CQC registered and fully insured. All of our staff are DBS checked and have regular training and refreshers to help them to continue to thrive in their job role.

I have used Help at Home Care for the last few months. At the beginning I was very anxious and didn’t feel very confident. Help at Home Care sent a lovely lady to be my companion twice a week. We get on like a house on fire. We are both from the same part of the country before moving to Suffolk so we have a lot in common. I now have more confidence and I’m not as anxious. We now go out twice a week in the lovely lady's car and go for lunch and a coffee. Sometimes I just like her to drive us around different places sometimes we go shopping. I can honestly say they are the best thing to happen to me and would very highly recommend them to anyone .

Help At Home Care visit me 2 x daily to help me get ready for the day and help me get ready for bed in the evening. I am very happy with the ladies who come and help me. They put me at ease and are very helpful. I have a very good relationship with them. They respect my privacy and dignity at all times. They even cheer me up and leave me with a smile on my face. Nothing is too much trouble for them lovely people.
