Hello I’m Adrienne, I’ve been working in care and alternative healthcare since 2002 both here in Suffolk and in the United States. I have two grown-up sons and family spread all around the country and the world. In my spare time, I volunteer at the Longshed in Woodbridge making oars for the Anglo-Saxon Sutton Hoo Ship’s Company. I also like to create pottery (with various degrees of success) and practise yoga.
My aim is to listen to my clients and help them achieve as much independence and sense of well-being as is possible. I want my clients to understand that I am there to help rather than take charge. I bring to my role empathy and a good sense of humour as well as a wide range of interests and experience.
