Hello, I’m Michele. I’ve worked in care and support for over 10 years. I will provide a high standard of domiciliary care and support with respect and dignity. I have a full DBS check and insurance.
I pride myself on giving 100% on each visit, whether it’s light cleaning, gardening tasks, shopping, meal preparation and cooking, personal care, doctors appointments, dog walking, going for a walk / light exercise/resistance bands for strength training. I’m a qualified personal trainer so can provide light physio if you’ve come out of hospital .
I’ll always leave time for a cuppa and a chat before I leave !
