Holding Hands Companionship is a one stop provider for those who need companionship and also provides a specialist service for people living with Young Onset Dementia provided by a specialist Young Onset companion who understands that the needs for younger people and their families are different, providing bespoke 121 companionship.
A range of services are available
1 ~ Young Onset 121 days out companionship
2 ~ Companionship for older people and services around the home including meal preparation, gardening maintenance and companionship to assist with shopping, appointments and days out.
3 ~ Overnight companionship
4 ~ All visits a minimum of 3 hours
5 – Personal Care ( After Needs Assessment ) Please discuss as this service is primarily companionship but assisting with personal care needs can be tailored into the companionship.
