Ask to see a provider’s portfolio

This symbol means that the enterprise leader has a portfolio (folder) containing all the elements that show how they meet our Doing It Right Standards. It will provide you with information on the way that they work, checks they have in place, policies, procedures, and more. You can ask to see it to help you make any care choices.

HollyBirdVA (HBVA) is a people-first virtual assistant and support-work service helping individuals and small businesses thrive by taking the overwhelm out of everyday admin, planning and organisation. We specialise in working with Access to Work clients – particularly disabled, neurodivergent or long-term health-condition professionals – providing funded PA and administrative support tailored to your way of working.

Our team understands that brains and working styles differ, so we adapt systems and support to your needs with empathy, calm communication and no judgement. Whether you’re managing a busy inbox, juggling appointments, organising documents and tasks, or designing personalised planning systems, we help make your workday smoother and more sustainable.

Through Access to Work funding, you can include HBVA’s support in your grant to cover practical help such as:

  • Admin & organisation – email handling, document management, scheduling

  • Communication support – note-taking, drafting correspondence

  • Planning & prioritisation support – breaking tasks into clear steps

  • System setup – personalised tools that reduce overwhelm

If you already have an Access to Work award, we’ll help you make the most of it. If you’re applying, we can outline the types of support we offer so you can include them in your application.

HBVA is warm, adaptable and experienced – the support partner that meets you where you are and helps you focus on what matters.
