She was able to support her to spend more time out in the community sooner than expected, supported her with creating a more calming and organised home environment. Also creating some structure to her time, introducing new activities. She also went on to support her with getting back into her passion of fitness which had been a huge struggle but also one thing that has a big impact on improving health moving forward. Irum accompanied her to the gym and supported her to manage her anxiety regarding this which was very challenging, now she is able to attend the gym alone or with a friend when struggling which is incredible progress that has also been lasting.
