Hope in Unity is an organisation supporting Black elders that are socially isolated, vulnerable, lonely and those diagnosed with early onset dementia, but not exclusive to those who are faced with these situations. We are committed to providing a unique and culturally supportive service. Our service is user led as we continue to strive to reduce social isolation and improve quality of life providing support and the benefits of learning new skills, to improve their mental and physical wellbeing.
We provide beverages, food and good conversation along with a range of activities that will stimulate the mind and body.
We currently operate on a Monday from 10.30am – 3.00pm
Come and meet like-minded people in a relaxing environment, building new relationships and making new friends.
