Hope On Prescription CIC

This provider has yet to add availability information.

Hope On Prescription CIC is a community-led organisation that uses creativity, connection and lived experience to support emotional wellbeing, reduce loneliness and help people rediscover hope. Founded and led by an award-winning community leader, we believe that creative expression can be a powerful tool for improving wellbeing, building confidence and strengthening communities.

We create welcoming, inclusive spaces where people can explore writing, poetry, storytelling, radio and other creative activities in a supportive environment. Whether someone is experiencing stress, anxiety, loneliness, long-term health challenges, significant life changes, or simply looking to connect with others, our programmes offer opportunities to reflect, express themselves and feel part of something meaningful.

No creative experience is needed. Our activities are designed to be accessible, encouraging and enjoyable, helping people discover new ways to process emotions, develop self-awareness and build positive coping tools they can use in everyday life. Participants often leave with renewed confidence, practical creative wellbeing techniques and a stronger sense of belonging.

At the heart of Hope On Prescription CIC is the belief that everyone has a voice, every story matters and nobody should feel alone. We take time to build genuine relationships, celebrate individual strengths and create opportunities for people to connect through shared experiences and creativity.

Working alongside local communities, health organisations and voluntary sector partners, we deliver innovative projects that bring people together, spark meaningful conversations and inspire positive change. Through creativity, compassion and connection, we help people move from surviving to thriving.
