Hospital-to-Home Support Services Limited was founded by Latoya Doyley, a compassionate public health and rehabilitation professional with over 15 years of experience across NHS hospital and community services, as well as domiciliary care, nursing homes, and rehabilitation settings. Latoya holds a degree in public health and social care, and  brings a wealth of hands-on experience from a diverse career, including roles as a carer, hair stylist, and positions within radiology, rehabilitation, therapy and nursing  services.

Services

Practical, non-clinical support to help individuals at home or returning home from hospital.

Hospital Visit

Visiting clients in hospital to provide companionship, emotional reassurance, support with discharge planning, communication with family  and practical preparation for returning home.

Home Help

Practical support to help individuals remain independent at home. This may include meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, organising the home, shopping, prescription collection, and general day-to-day assistance.

Community Support

Supporting individuals to access their local community, attend appointments, shopping, social activities, community groups, walks, and other activities that promote independence, confidence, and wellbeing.
