I Just Care

Availability information last updated: 6th January, 2026

Hello, my name is Julie – and this is my journey.

My journey began many moons ago as a hairdresser. As I became a mobile hairdresser, I quickly realised that many of my clients needed more than just a haircut- they needed a listening ear, a helping hand, and genuine support. That discovery sparked a deeper calling in me.

This path led me into the care sector, where I’ve had the privilege of working with adults with learning disabilities, dementia, autism, epilepsy, and those requiring gastro feeding. I later expanded my experience to working with children with special needs – a role that deepened my love for supporting others in meaningful, compassionate ways.

Today, I work independently as a Personal Care Assistant. I created I Just Care because I’ve seen the real impact of care that doesn’t put the individual first. Everyone deserves care that is centred around their unique needs, preferences, and dignity.

My promise is simple, compassionate, honest, and reliable support- Your Care, Done Your Way.

I provide reliable, compassionate care,

Services include;

  •  Support with Personal Care/ Dressing and Undressing
  • Cooking/Baking or just meal preparations
  • Shopping Trips, Food or for Leisure
  • Support with Attending Appointments
  • Light Cleaning, Laundry and Gardening
  • Prompting Medications
  • Companionship and Socialising
  • Community engagement, support to attend activities that you enjoy, take part in hobbies and interest
