Ask to see a provider’s portfolio

This symbol means that the enterprise leader has a portfolio (folder) containing all the elements that show how they meet our Doing It Right Standards. It will provide you with information on the way that they work, checks they have in place, policies, procedures, and more. You can ask to see it to help you make any care choices.

Hi, I’m Emy 🙂

I help people with their emails, paperwork, and everyday admin and organisation. If you feel overwhelmed by the big pile of papers in your living room or the hundred of emails in your inbox, I’m here to help!

I can help with:

• Sorting and replying to emails
• Organising documents and digital files
• Help filling in forms or online applications
• Research and everyday admin tasks
• Help organise small events (birthday, holidays…)
• Brainstorming and Body doubling sessions to help you stay focused and get things done

I want to help make admin less stressful and giving you a bit more breathing room in your day. It can be online or in-person, in English and in French.

A little bit about me:

I’ve worked in administration and customer care for over 12 years, as a restaurant owner, tour guide, event manager, and as a customer service specialist. People often tell me I’m patient, empathetic, and positive, which I try to bring to everything I do.

I love supporting individuals, where the connection is more personal and the work feels truly meaningful.

I’m especially mindful of the different ways we all work. My services are designed to be approachable and supportive for everyone. As someone who is neurodivergent and living with a chronic illness, I understand the value of calm, person-centered support.

I am fully insured and DBS checked.
