I am a self employed support worker based in Wigginton, York.
I believe as we get older, our needs change. Sometimes we need a little help with certain things while managing well with others.
I understand that an individual approach is essential to enable you to maintain your independence and remain in the comfort of your own home while getting support where you need it.
I can offer help and assistance with:
* Personal Care
* Companionship, guidance and support
* Medication prompt/assistance
* Light domestic tasks including, cleaning and laundry
* Meal preparation
* Shopping
* Support to attend appointments and social activities
Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30am-18.00pm. Evenings and weekends available on request and subject to availability.
Pop ins or a regular care package.
