‘If you can breathe, you can do yoga’
I am a dedicated chair yoga teacher who provides a welcoming and supportive class for everyone, making yoga accessible to all. I specialise in adapting my teaching to individual needs and offer different variations so you will be able to participate fully.
My chair yoga classes in the community are ideal for anyone who would prefer to do yoga without having to get up and down from the floor and are suitable for people with mobility issues, chronic pain, fatigue and older adults.
The classes include gentle, mindful movement as well as breathwork and relaxation – promoting improved mobility, flexibility, strength, coordination, pain management, reduced stress, and enhanced mental well-being.
