Hi, My name is Joanne and welcome to Respectful Homecare. I have been a private carer for nearly 19 years and have worked within local villages supporting individuals with different care needs. I deliver care tailored to your needs and can adapt as those needs change. I have experience in dementia, palliative care and over the years have been a sole carer/friend to individuals who are alone and need help with liaising with doctors, arranging equipment, medication, shopping and housework or transport. You or your loved one will be treated with utmost care and respect. After an initial meeting a care plan would be put in place, risk assessment and other subsequent forms to help keep up to date with any health/medication changes.
I have a NVQ 3 In Health & Social Care, NCFE Level 2 in Dementia Awareness, Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Adult Social Care, Medication Trained. I have my DBS and am on the update service, Care Insurance and am self-employed.
