My name is Jodi, and I am a qualified Life Coach and Counsellor. I have worked in various mental health settings over my career history, including NHS mental health youth and adult services for nearly 10 years. I have also spent many years working in early years education and have now decided to roll all my skills and experiences into one, by offering a wellbeing service for all ages.

Jodi Fenn- Therapeutic Services offers the following:

• Therapeutic Coaching- a blend of life coaching and wellbeing skills that support people in moving forward with any area of life they feel stuck in, be that anxiety management, building confidence or self-esteem to wanting a general life change such as a career or relationship, and anything in between!
• Befriending Service- a 1-2-1 service where we can meet for a cuppa and a chat, whilst also offering wellbeing support
• Meet-up Groups- these centre around wellbeing and mindfulness. There are different groups available for early years, adults and the elderly. They are a great way to meet like-minded people and to help combat isolation.
