I was looking for someone to call in to see dad when I'm in the office to check he is ok, do some light housework and for general companionship.
I'm so glad I found Kim. She is amazing and great with dad. If she can't do her days/ hours she'll come another day or do double time on the next visit. Kim was brilliant when I was on holiday, calling in every day checking on him and even taking him to a GP appointment. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Wonderful lady!

Kim goes beyond and over all our expectations, works far longer than the hours , always there to help. Takes rob or myself for hospital appointments, the house is looking so much cleaner and tidier. Oh! So does rob, she encourages him to help, but needs a lot of prompting. If not able to come on thursdays, she will make her hours up during the week, it would be nice if kim was designated further hours. Nice to know someone so honest and reliable.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Kim highly enough. She goes above and beyond in everything she does, and has become so much more than just my PA, she genuinely feels like a friend.
She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and organised, but at the same time completely down-to-earth and so easy to talk to. She makes things feel manageable when life is overwhelming, and I always feel listened to, supported and understood.
She is also someone I trust completely. She has a key to my home, which says everything about the level of trust I have in her, and I never have to worry about things being handled properly.
She is reliable, thoughtful, practical and genuinely cares. I feel incredibly lucky to have her support, and I honestly don’t know what I would do without her!
I adore her and would highly recommend her services to anyone!

When I got the 3 hours for a PA for a week I didn’t know what to expect. I picked Kim and we met up to discuss details and then for three hours she came and has been a godsend. She works very well and is always doing I need doing. I couldn’t have picked a better person as she really goes beyond what is expected. She actually cares for her clients and is always available to help whenever you just need advise or just need a friend to talk too. She has changed my life for the better and I really wish I had more hours than three.
