Hi everyone,  I’m a self-employed enabler/support worker.

I’m a compassionate, dedicated and skilled individual with over 15 years’ experience working with young people and adults with a variety of needs, including social, emotional and mental health, special educational needs, autism and ADHD.

I offer 1-2-1 support to:

Enable people to remain in their own homes supporting with cooking, cleaning, gardening, shopping, budgeting,  socialising and appointments.

Build confidence and self-esteem, learn new skills, access activities in the local community, explore hobbies and interests, build on social skills and  existing strengths, enjoy trips out and independent living skills, (cooking shopping, travel training).

I am friendly, reliable, and passionate about making a positive difference!

In my spare time I love to spend time with my family and friends, enjoy the outdoors, gardening, swimming, walking and running, cooking, upcycling furniture and crafting when I get the chance!

I am registered as self-employed, fully insured (business and car), have an advanced DBS check in place and will always meet you in person first to check  that I can meet your needs

I work in Exeter and the surrounding areas with secondary age children to adults.

Areas: Exeter and surrounding areas, Topsham, Exmouth, Ottery St Mary, Sidmouth
