My name is Kirsty, and I am a fully qualified Care and Support Worker with nearly 20 years of experience providing compassionate, person-centred care to adults and young people.

I have also experienced my own mental health challenges, giving me a genuine understanding of the importance of compassion, patience, dignity, and providing support without judgement.
