Hello, my name is Katie Yates.

I’m a Wiltshire-based specialist cleaner, offering professional, discreet support to individuals and families who need help maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy living environment.

I have many years of experience in domestic cleaning and more recently, trained in biohazard cleaning with Ultima.

I have lived in Wiltshire for 8 years, having moved here from the Wirral when my husband’s military career brought us south.  Wiltshire has truly stolen my heart, and I’m passionate about making a real difference by supporting people who need practical help to feel safe and comfortable in their own homes.

I previously worked in a pharmacy, so I’m very used to supporting people in the community with care, sensitivity, and professionalism.  I support people of all ages and circumstances, always working in a respectful, non-judgemental, and person-centred way.

What makes my service different is that I don’t just do a one-off clean and leave. I can offer ongoing support through regular domestic cleaning, working alongside individuals to help them maintain a safe, sanitised environment long-term, at a pace that suits them.

I provide a wide range of cleaning services including Biohazard cleaning, mould removal, hoarder cleans, needle sweeps, nicotine cleans, fire damage cleaning, and waste removal.

I am based in Larkhill, Salisbury, and cover Wiltshire and surrounding areas.
