Living independently is not always easy but I can help. I offer a range of care and support services to help you live as independently as possible in your own home. I am a micro provider based in Taunton Deane and I have worked in the health and social care sector for over 7 years. I have spent most of this time working with the elderly, and adults with learning disabilities. I am highly motivated, reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and dedicated. I offer a person-centered approach, creating a tailored care and support plan that will detail what you would like to gain from me and how we can achieve this. I am able to offer you help in various ways to suit your needs including:

• Getting up in the morning ready for the day ahead
• Helping with meal planning, preparation and cooking
• Light housework
• Spending quality time with you if a family member needs to go out
• Accompanying you to appointments, shopping trips or events
• Dog walking and pet sitting
• Assisting in nighttime routines
• Reassuring overnight service
