Living independently at home is important, but sometimes a little extra support can make all the difference.

I am an experienced, independent micro-provider based in Taunton Deane, offering friendly, reliable and person-centred care and support in your own home.

I have extensive experience within health and social care, with particular experience supporting older people and those living with dementia. I understand that dementia can affect everyone differently, so my support is always tailored to the individual, their routines, preferences and what matters most to them. I can also provide companionship and reassurance, giving family members peace of mind and the opportunity to take a break when needed.

Personal care and help getting ready for the day
Dementia care and support
Companionship and social interaction
Meal planning, preparation and cooking
Medication prompts
Light housework and laundry
Shopping and errands
Accompanying you to appointments, activities or social events
Support with paperwork and everyday tasks

I believe good care is about much more than completing tasks. It is about getting to know the person, building trust and helping them maintain their independence, dignity and familiar routines for as long as possible.
