The girls are great really lovely girls. We have a chat when they arrive. There very kind,helpful and friendly. They have helped with my admin stuff when I’ve struggled to understand paper work and called services up when I’ve needed the support. They also help with my laundry and ironing and a tidy around of my house. Something that I struggle with currently. Thank you Kind heats kind hands.

My daughter is gradually gaining some independence and building new friendships going out by herself with the ladies at Kind Hearts Kind Hands which also means that I get a bit more time to myself. I’m very pleased with the caring, encouraging and enthusiastic personalities of Sam and Shelly.

Mum enjoys her carer's company. She ensures that Mum gets a wholesome meal and is drinking enough, that the house remains tidy and she stays safe. She spends time talking to Mum which is appreciated by her

After having a tough time from surgeries and poor mental health, I enlisted the support of Sam via community catalysts, and shes been incredible.

From helping me around the house, to getting me out of it, Sam has been attentive and always had my best interests.

I’m now at the point where I am more independent and so grateful to her for everything shes done in our time together

Sam has been visiting my uncle weekly now for some time to provide social interaction and help him with small tasks he sometimes needs support with….she has done a wonderful job in getting him out walking - weather permitting, and does puzzles with him… He really looks forward to her weekly visits and she has become another member in our family circle providing care for him on days we can’t be there- she is an absolute gem and appreciated very much by us all for what she does. It’s so important to have this interaction & support for family members who are challenged with any form of memory loss. It gives us piece of mind as a family as Sam alerts us to anything we need to know and provides another happy day for our uncle as he can chat and interact with someone who he likes and trusts….. thank you Sam… don’t know what we would do without you…xxx

The team at Kind Hearts Kind Hands have been supporting me and my family for nearly two years. They are kind, helpful and always go above and beyond.

They help us with things like shopping, running errands and light housework. As a family living with physical disabilities, things can sometimes be a real struggle, but the team make things much easier for us.

They are friendly, reliable and always happy to help. We really appreciate everything they do for us.

I’m so grateful I found KHKH They are all wonderful ladies! Obviously due to my nans dementia and needing stability and familiarity also for the hrs we need it’s worked out that just Kate comes to visit Nan twice a week and the difference this makes to my nan is amazing and gives her something to look forward to! Kate is just like just part of the family that has been there all along as Nan would say “she’s just like one of us isn’t she”.
Kate is a breath of fresh air for my Nan, she is so kind and generous! Nothing is ever to much trouble. Most importantly my Nan absolutely loves her and the time they spend together. I can’t thank you ladies enough ♥️xxx

Our contact with Kind Hearts Kind Hands came about following a disappointing experience dealing with the admin side of WBC.
We have been using Sam and her team for the past 8 months . In that time we have received the highest level of support from KHKH. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
From the commencement of our relationship with KHKH, it was obvious they understood, better than we did, the level and the type of support we needed.

Kind Hearts and Kind Hands came into the lives of my mum and dad when they were at their very lowest. As a daughter I didn’t know what an earth was going to happen to them. Sam has completely turned all our lives around with enormous care, sensitivity and professionalism. Kind Hearts and Kind Hands has had a 100% positive impact.
Nothing has been too much trouble for Sam in building a trusting relationship with Mum, Dad and our wider family. We were all so worried about “care packages” but Sam and her team have managed to tailor everything to the specific needs of my parents. Her input has given me the opportunity and joy of being a daughter again.
