I’m so grateful I found KHKH They are all wonderful ladies! Obviously due to my nans dementia and needing stability and familiarity also for the hrs we need it’s worked out that just Kate comes to visit Nan twice a week and the difference this makes to my nan is amazing and gives her something to look forward to! Kate is just like just part of the family that has been there all along as Nan would say “she’s just like one of us isn’t she”.
Kate is a breath of fresh air for my Nan, she is so kind and generous! Nothing is ever to much trouble. Most importantly my Nan absolutely loves her and the time they spend together. I can’t thank you ladies enough ♥️xxx

Our contact with Kind Hearts Kind Hands came about following a disappointing experience dealing with the admin side of WBC.
We have been using Sam and her team for the past 8 months . In that time we have received the highest level of support from KHKH. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Kind Hearts and Kind Hands came into the lives of my mum and dad when they were at their very lowest. As a daughter I didn’t know what an earth was going to happen to them. Sam has completely turned all our lives around with enormous care, sensitivity and professionalism. Kind Hearts and Kind Hands has had a 100% positive impact.
Nothing has been too much trouble for Sam in building a trusting relationship with Mum, Dad and our wider family. We were all so worried about “care packages” but Sam and her team have managed to tailor everything to the specific needs of my parents. Her input has given me the opportunity and joy of being a daughter again.
