Lana is absolutely amazing. Seems to have an unlimited supply of energy and puts her all in everything she does. She’s always on time but if anything comes up she makes sure to keep me in the loop. She’s a little bit more than the direct payment but she’s definitely worth it. She’s great if you need to make a temp change due to an appointment and is happy to help with a lot of things.

I do not use words of praise lightly but Lana's arrival in my life is a godsend. Thankfully my health is OK but I do struggle to keep motivated and move - in every sense - forward. Lana has given me much needed motivation and helped me retrieve missing energy. In addition to Lana's practical help I look forward to seeing her, being with her. I live alone with distant family so this feeling of being with a dear person is priceless. I am happy to register my thankfulness at having Lana at my side and in my life.

We were delighted to work with Lana and from the very beginning she showed great care, warmth and compassion towards our Mum who suffers with dementia. Mum took to her immediately due to her friendly and warm, happy personality. From getting Mum dressed and prepared for her daycare and taking her there with care, washing, dressing, doing her hair so she looked really cared for was perfect. Lana was really attentive to Mum, sorting out her laundry and clothing and was highly organised. We have no hesitation in recommending Lana to any family and she is a great asset to any individual needing care due to her utmost professionalism and dedication to her clients and reassuring communication to the family. A lovely positive person to be around!

Lana provided care for around 4 years when my mum was diagnosed with dementia and we needed additional support.
The level of care provided was exceptional and Lana became part of our “family” The bond between mum and Lana was evident as mum was treated with the highest level of respect and dignity.

Lana was my elderly Mother’s carer and companion for 18 months. My Mother had dementia and Lana delt with her many moods with empathy and care. Lana is totally reliable, trustworthy, caring and hard working. Lana dealt with my Mother’s personal needs and helped with housework and shopping. She was a good companion with a sense of humour. She would take my Mother out in her wheelchairs most days. My Mother and all my siblings thought very highly of Lana and appreciated the way she supported and cared for our Mother.

She is punctual, hard working, proactive and understands the importance of companionship in a care relationship.
