Hi I’m Theresa
I live in Carlisle, I have over 3 years’ experience in running my own care and support service in the community. I am warm and friendly, and I would love to help you in any way I can.
The services I offer include help to wash and dress, personal care, trips out or transport to appointments, shopping, help around the home, light housework, cooking and meal prep.
Give me a call for an informal chat about how I could help you or your loved ones to stay living independently and to get out into the local community.

It gives me great pleasure to write a review for Theresa MacPake.
I first met Theresa eighteen months ago when she began caring for my elderly father who has Parkinson’s Disease. From the outset, Theresa was like a breath of fresh air, always cheerful and optimistic. She is punctual, kind, caring, supportive and knowledgable. Her training and empathetic character make her ideally suited to working as a care professional.
Over the eighteen months Theresa has been more than a carer, she has been Dad’s friend. She has her duties with Dad but so often does so much more and goes out of her way to help meet Dad’s emotional as well as his physical needs.
Theresa is totally trustworthy and absolutely reliable, nothing is ever too much trouble for her. Her support to me and the rest of the family has been very much appreciated too. Theresa is a wonderful carer and I recommend her to you unreservedly.
