Lakes Home Care is a small home care service who provide support to individuals in the South Lakes area.
Here at Lakes Home Care, we know that care goes further than help around the house. We have a focus on exploring people’s passions and goals in order to help them achieve. We offer outings around the local area so you can enjoy the beauty of the Lake District.
In our experience, we have seen many people give up on the things that they love to do. From walking, swimming and painting to more extreme things such as climbing and skiing.
We believe in making things happen. We currently support someone to go to Kendal climbing wall twice a week, another individual to go skiing at Kendal dry ski slope. Another lady enjoys a swim and sauna once a week. We take many of our clients on beautiful rural walks in the Lakes. We have also helped clients to organise parties, holidays, afternoon tea, art exhibitions and we have a great knowledge of all of the local garden centres!
We understand that it might be hard to accept care into your life. We promise to ensure your privacy and dignity is respected at all times. We work with you to create a personalised package that suits your needs.
