I’m Lara and I’m available to help and support you with small tasks and light duties to enable you to remain independent in your own home.
I can do light cleaning, laundry, ironing, dog walking, light gardening, shopping, telephone calls if you are hard of hearing and paperwork and banking if you are visually impaired.
I can also offer emotional and physical support if you have recently suffered a bereavement and would like help to sort through your home. Or if you just want to declutter. Or perhaps you’ve recently had an operation and would just like me to lighten your load for a while.
I can take you to appointments or if you struggle to meet up with friends, I’m happy to transport you.
I can work on a casual or more routine/regular basis. So if you think I may be able to assist you, please contact me for more details.
