This symbol means that the enterprise leader has a portfolio (folder) containing all the elements that show how they meet our Doing It Right Standards. It will provide you with information on the way that they work, checks they have in place, policies, procedures, and more. You can ask to see it to help you make any care choices.

Hello, I’m Caroline.

After many years working in care, I decided to set up Lavender Care because I wanted to provide the kind of support I’d want for my own family – care that is personal, flexible, and centred around the individual.

I’m a friendly, down-to-earth person who believes that a smile, a good chat, and a sense of humour can make a real difference to someone’s day. Life doesn’t stop because we need a little extra support, and I enjoy helping people continue doing the things that matter most to them, whether that’s getting out and about, enjoying a favourite hobby, or simply having someone to share a cup of tea and a natter with.

I provide support with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, shopping, medication prompts, pet care, and day-to-day tasks, always at a pace that suits you. I also have experience supporting people living with dementia and understand the importance of patience, dignity, and reassurance.

When I’m caring for someone, I don’t see them as a task on a list. I take the time to get to know people, their routines, preferences, stories, and the little things that help them feel comfortable and valued.

I’m fully insured, Enhanced DBS checked, and committed to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate care. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy helping people live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

If you’re looking for a carer who is professional, dependable, and easy to get along with, I’d love to hear from you.
