Lindsey’s Support Services

Availability information last updated: 19th August, 2026

Hi, I’m Lindsey,  and for over 20 years I have worked in health and social care, supporting people in Suffolk. I work with older people, people navigating mental health challenges, and people with neurodiversity  –  I support and help people live lives that feel meaningful to them.

Important to the work I do  is getting to know people, understanding what really matters to them, and working alongside them to build the support they need. It could be helping someone manage their mental wellbeing, supporting older adults to stay connected and independent, or helping neurodivergent people do activities they enjoy. I’m here to listen, advocate, and make a real difference. I believe everyone deserves compassionate, person-centred support and I’m committed to providing  that.

Areas of support I can help with:

  • Advice and information
  • De-cluttering/organising
  • Help in the home or garden
  • Support to get out and about to partake in hobbies and interests
  • Socialising and companionship
  • Support/Breaks for carers both regular and adhoc
  • Support with shopping
  • Transport
  • User Led

And much more – please ask at enquiry stage.

I have an enhanced DBS certificate and am fully insured.
