Hi, my name is Lydia and I have always felt a connection with nature. Over the years I’ve experienced just how powerful it can be in helping me feel calmer, more grounded and more like myself. I wanted to share this with others, so I set up Little Red’s Nature Connection to enable me to do this in a relaxed, calm, enjoyable and simple way.
I am a qualified nature connection guide, meditation practitioner and green dementia care facilitator as well as a nature connection qualification instructor.
My sessions bring people closer to nature through mindful activities such as nature walks, photography, nature sketching and journaling. I also offer woodland and coastal nature connection experiences, helping you to slow down, relax and reconnect.
Through my Elders of the Woods sessions, I feel especially drawn to supporting those living with dementia, loneliness or isolation, and their carers. These sessions are about more than being outdoors, they’re about creating moments of connection, comfort and belonging with nature, themselves and each other.
If you are curious, feeling overwhelmed or simply want to spend time outdoors you are very welcome to join me.
