Live A Little is a specialist day service dedicated to providing support and care for adults with learning difficulties and special needs. While based in Roydon, Live A Little serves clients from a wider area, including Hertfordshire, Essex, and Enfield.
Live A Little is committed to providing a warm and welcoming environment where clients can feel safe and supported. Our aim is to empower individuals with learning difficulties and special needs to live fulfilling lives and participate fully in their communities.
Live a Little offers year-round availability, allowing clients to attend our programme up to five days per week depending on their personal budget. The program runs from Monday to Friday with a standard session from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. Transportation is provided within a 15-mile radius of the day centre, we can also provide transportation for clients outside of this area for an additional charge.
We also offer an additional service that we provide for clients who wish to attend evening and weekends sessions on a non-contractual basis. Please read on to find out more about Live A Little Extra.
Live a Little Extra & Club
At Live a Little, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where our clients and staff feel like part of a family. We believe that a strong sense of community is essential to the success of our programme, and our staff members work tirelessly to foster meaningful connections with our clients and their families.
We strive to promote enjoyment, foster self-assurance, cultivate friendships, develop teamwork, and improve life skills through our services. Our recently renovated day centre provides an array of gaming options, including PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, virtual reality and board games. Our facilities also feature an outdoor heated swimming pool and a spacious garden.
