Lizzie’s Helping Hearts CIC is a welcoming community dementia café based in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells, supporting people living with dementia, Alzheimer’s and other cognitive conditions, together with their families, friends and carers.

We provide a safe, friendly space where people can enjoy meaningful activities, companionship, refreshments and practical information, helping to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing. Our café offers carers the opportunity to meet others who understand their journey while their loved ones take part in engaging activities.

We are a contributions-based service with a Pay It Forward scheme, ensuring everyone feels welcome regardless of their financial circumstances.

Working alongside Kent County Council as a recognised Community Micro Enterprise, our aim is to create an inclusive community where nobody faces dementia alone. We currently operate as a pop-up dementia café twice a month, with the long-term vision of opening our own dedicated premises to provide support throughout the week.
