My name is Helen and I am a self-employed carer.
My main focus is to provide care that I would wish for any of my family members. Being self-employed allows me to be flexible so your support can be tailored to your needs, without being rushed, enabling you to live independently and comfortably at home.
I have worked with a range of people and abilities and have previous experience working within the NHS as a qualified Occupational Therapist.

I have lived in the Crediton area for 20 years with my husband and 3 children and have good knowledge of the local area. I have evidence of my training and am also a member of the National Association of Care and Support Workers (NACAS).
