Loma Care provides outstanding service, and Nicola in particular goes above and beyond. She has been absolutely wonderful in supporting my dad and our family. Nicola took the time to really listen to our concerns and worked closely with us to put a thoughtful plan in place that suited his needs.
She is incredibly reliable, compassionate, and proactive — always willing to help at very short notice when needed. Nicola also makes sure my dad’s home is clean, tidy, and well prepared, which gives us great peace of mind.
We are so grateful for the care, dedication, and genuine kindness she shows. I would highly recommend Loma Care to anyone looking for excellent, trustworthy support.

My dad has been with Loma Care for the past few months and I can honestly say, not only is he looking better, he's happier and gets great care from the company. Dealing with Nicola, has been such a pleasure and so very refreshing. She has taken not just my dad's but all our concerns, needs and wants into consideration and has done us a wonderful care plan, that not only suits us as a family but my eldery father. She has gone above and beyond for us and I can not highly recommend Loma Care, if you need to put your loved one/s into safe hands; and to have a peaceful mind, knowing they are being look after with great care and consideration, with every plan being looked at intentionally with love and care for your relative.
