My name is Lynsey Rooker, I am a compassionate sitting and support service based in RCT, providing care to individuals across Rhondda Cynon Taff and Bridgend.
I have over 15 years of experience working within the health and social care sector, including both domiciliary care and residential care homes. Throughout my career, I have been committed to supporting elderly and vulnerable adults with dignity, kindness and respect, helping them maintain their independence while remaining in the comfort of their own homes.
I hold a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care and have developed a wide range of skills through supporting people with differing needs. My passion for caring inspired me to establish LR Sitting & Support, with the aim of offering companionship, reassurance and practical support to individuals, while providing families with valuable respite and peace of mind.
