My name is Marjane, I was born in the Philippines and moved to England when I was 7 years of age. After completing high school, I pursued my career in the Health and Social Care sector.
I have over 25 years of experience working with a range of vulnerable adults. This includes young and older people, those with physical and learning disabilities, mental health issues. I have worked in a variety of hospitals, care homes and in the community with District Nursing.
Over the years of my working experience, I have identified and recognised the need for care to be more person-centred. So, I started MDB Care & Cleaning, which was established in 2017. There are two sides to the enterprise: one offering care, the other cleaning services.
