Experience & Specialisms
I have extensive experience supporting individuals with:
  • Mental health challenges
  • Substance misuse and recovery
  • Learning Disabilities and Autism
I understand that progress can be a “slow journey,” and I pride myself on being a patient, consistent presence for those getting back to a normal routine.

I am happy to support you with a variety of needs, including:
  • Companionship & Social Support
  • Personal Care
  • Meal Preparation (I love cooking and am always happy to try new recipes!)

Personal Interests
In my spare time, I’m a keen dancer and a big fan of comedy movies—I always appreciate a good laugh! I also love travelling and hearing other people’s travel stories. At home, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen or firing up the BBQ.
Logistics
I am more than happy to work with private clients as well as those using Direct Payments and am comfortable with the standard rates.
