I am a Carer and Support Worker with over 10 years’ experience supporting adults, older people, individuals with disabilities, and those experiencing mental health challenges. My aim is to help people maintain their independence, dignity, confidence, and quality of life while remaining active within their communities.

My background includes working within health, wellbeing, educational, and community settings. I have supported people experiencing mental ill-health, autism, ADHD, physical disabilities, social isolation, and other challenges affecting daily life. I have also worked as a Therapeutic Musician and Music Tutor, helping people improve their emotional wellbeing, communication skills, confidence, and social engagement.

I chose a career in care and support because I enjoy helping people overcome challenges and achieve their goals. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion, and I am committed to providing person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs.

I offer companionship, emotional support, community access, assistance attending appointments, shopping and errands, help with correspondence and paperwork, support with daily routines, wellbeing support, advocacy, and practical assistance to help people remain independent.

I am known for being patient, reliable, approachable, and trustworthy. I have strong communication skills, safeguarding awareness, and a commitment to helping people live fulfilling and independent lives.
