This symbol means that the enterprise leader has a portfolio (folder) containing all the elements that show how they meet our Doing It Right Standards. My name is Lisa Donahue.

As a Social Prescriber, I can support you in exploring what truly helps your wellbeing — whether that’s community activities, creative interests, lifestyle changes, or building meaningful connections. Together, we’ll look at what matters most to you and identify the services, resources, and opportunities that can make a positive difference in your day‑to‑day life. I’m here to help you access support and also discover options you may not have considered before.

I also offer Mindful Emotion Coaching, providing a calm, compassionate space for anyone wanting to feel more grounded, more in control, and more at ease within themselves. This approach can be especially helpful for many of the challenges we may face today — including caring responsibilities, building stronger relationships, recovering from historical domestic abuse, managing anxiety, improving self‑confidence, navigating emotional difficulties, and supporting neurodivergent family needs. Through gentle guidance, I can help you understand your emotions, reduce stress, and build confidence using simple, practical tools you can weave into everyday life.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for a shift toward greater balance, I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward a steadier, more fulfilling way of living.
