Mission Health provides warm, reliable care for people who would like support while continuing to live in the comfort of their own home. We understand that home is where people feel safest and happiest, so our focus is on helping you keep your routines, stay connected with the people around you, and enjoy everyday life.

Our team offers both visiting care and live-in support, depending on what works best for you. This may include help with getting up and ready for the day, preparing meals, managing medication, light household tasks, or accompanying you to appointments and errands. Just as importantly, we offer friendly companionship and a listening ear. Mission Health has a special interest in supporting people living with dementia. We take time to understand each person’s needs, preferences and life story so that our care feels familiar, respectful and reassuring.

The service is led by an experienced Registered Nurse and Health Visitor who spent nearly two decades working in the NHS supporting families, older adults and vulnerable people in the community. This experience has shaped the way Mission Health works today with compassion, professionalism and a strong commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect. At Mission Health, we believe good care starts with good relationships. Our carers are carefully trained, dependable and dedicated to providing thoughtful, person-centred support that helps people continue living life their way.
