Eve has kindly been providing me with consistent Personal Care since autumn 2023. Eve is always willing to help and always works with great professionalism. She is intelligent, thorough and extremely reliable, for which my family and I are very grateful. Eve's punctuality must rank amongst the best, as does her provision of light exercising/therapy. Her committed assistance over the last 2 years has made life considerably easier for both me and my family and we are, very grateful to her.
Eve looked after my mum with care and compassion for just under 12 months during 2023/24. She managed mum’s medication very effectively, looked after her knee wound, her wellbeing. They became friends. She helped my Mum be independent by taking her to the hairdressers, out for a walk into Chester in a wheelchair. Mum thinks the world of Eve-knows how much she cares about her in hospital or in her care home. Eve is a special lady, it’s not just a job to Eve, she really does care.
