My Nan sadly died on New Years day 2025, at the amazing age of 104!! Natalia cared for her during the last 6 years of her life. After my Nan broke her hip in 2020 she convalesced in a nursing home but being fiercely independent and having full capacity insisted on returning to her own home where she needed lots of help. Natalia provided the extra care all day on a Friday which made such a difference. As well as giving personal care, she took her shopping, looked after her house, prepared nourishing meals for the week ahead and provided her with company. On my Nan's frequent visits to us, she would come every morning and shower and dress her. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Natalia. Her communication skills are excellent, she provided our family with the peace of mind we needed for the care of my lovely Nan....... Thank you. I would highly recommend her. Lisa Gornall
