Natural Equilibrium CIC is a community interest company that delivers holistic health, wellbeing, and menopause support services for individuals, communities, and workplaces. We specialise in supporting people experiencing perimenopause, menopause, medically induced menopause and other hormonal life-stage challenges through evidence-based education, peer support, wellbeing programmes, workshops and one-to-one guidance.
Our services combine health education, nutrition, lifestyle interventions, mindfulness, physical activity, and confidence-building approaches to improve physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. We work with local authorities, NHS partners, charities, employers, and community organisations to reduce health inequalities, increase awareness and improve access to support.
