Hello,

My name is Virginia, and I am the owner of Nav OH Services Ltd. I am an experienced carer with a nursing background spanning many years.

I aim to provide a service that is compassionate, high quality, safe and person centered, ensuring that your individual needs are met. Making sure you receive the right care and support is important to me, so I will ask for some information about you in the first instance to see if I am able to meet your needs and wishes. I then aim to give you information about my service, including how much it will cost, so that you can make an informed decision with regards to your needs and the circumstances in your home environment.

This service is targeted at the adult population who prefer to stay in the comfort of their familiar surroundings at home but may need a little extra support to do so.

I can support with personal care, companionship and many household tasks such as light housework, tidying, preparing meals and prompting medication.

I will aim to ‘do it right’ by ensuring people are valued, treated individually with dignity and supported to live as near a normal life as possible within their community and in their own homes. The intended outcomes for the people I support include promoting independence and decision making, meeting individual care needs and facilitating the lifestyle that the individual wishes to pursue with their family and friends in a safe and caring environment.
