Hello… I’m Jon, a certified life coach with 20 years’ experience of working in health and social care. I have managed social work teams and services for people with learning disabilities and autistic people, but started this microenterprise so I can work in a supportive capacity combining my previous experience with my life coaching skills.

Coaching can help you move from where you are, to where you would like to be. It’s about setting and achieving goals. These could be in many different areas such as (but not limited to) getting or sustaining a job, forming relationships, managing your studies or being more independent. Typically, coaching sessions are delivered weekly and I use a range of tools and resources to support you achieve your goals. I offer a free intake session prior to the support starting to make sure coaching is right for you.

Some of the benefits to coaching:
  • Personalised goal setting – help you to make changes in areas of your life
  • Skills development – such as time management, organisation, communication and emotional regulation
  • Self -awareness and acceptance – understand traits and accept them as strengths
  • Improved executive functioning – planning, prioritising and decision making
  • Emotional wellbeing – explore emotions, reduce anxiety and build resilience
  • Confidence – improved self-efficacy in areas of your life
  • Better relationships – improve interpersonal skills
  • Supportive accountability – non-judgemental support to stay on track with your goals

My focus is supporting neurodivergent people, however, coaching can be suitable for anyone struggling with setting goals or making positive change. Contact me to find out more about life coaching and whether it’s right for you. We can have an initial chat and then arrange a free intake call to talk in more depth about what life coaching is, my style and approach and the goals you are looking to achieve.

I offer face to face sessions in the Bath and North East Somerset area as well as on-line sessions via Zoom.
