NeuroNest Support

Availability information last updated: 9th December, 2025

Hi, I’m Melissa — a mum, animal lover (two cats and a bulldog named Chester), and someone who’s passionate about making life easier for adults navigating daily challenges.

Living on your own can feel overwhelming. From bills to cooking, appointments to clutter — the to-do list never ends. That’s where I come in.

I help you turn your home into a safe, calm, and manageable space by supporting you with:

  • Applying for benefits you may be entitled to
  • Budgeting, managing bills, and tackling debt
  • Finding and attending events you’ll enjoy
  • Learning to cook simple, balanced meals safely
  • Making grocery lists and popping to the shop
  • Decluttering and caring for your home
  • Attending appointments (GP, JobCentre, etc.)
  • Spending time with loved ones — furry or human
  • Tackling anything that feels too confusing or stressful

I’ve spent years working with people who are neurodivergent, have learning difficulties, or struggle with mental health. Whether you live with autism, ADHD, depression, or something similar — I’m here to support you in a way that feels right for you.

People say I’m upbeat, easy to talk to, and always ready with a terrible joke (yes, the penguin wrapper kind). I take time to understand how you tick, and I genuinely care about making you feel comfortable. Plus, I’ll probably show you a photo of Chester — he’s adorable.

If life feels a bit too much right now, let’s make it lighter together. NeuroNest Support is here to help you feel confident, capable, and at home.
