Hi, I’m Hayley, your local, independent home support worker. I’m offering dedicated and personalised home help for individuals who need a little extra support to maintain their independence and quality of life at home. With a neighbourly spirit and a warm, human approach, I offer one-to-one care that goes beyond tasks—focusing on building genuine, caring relationships with each person I support.

Each visit is more than just a service—it’s a chance to offer reassurance, dignity, and peace of mind to both clients and their families. Clients know exactly who will be visiting them (It’s only me!) and can expect the same high standard of care each time. My mission is to lend a hand at home and bring the warmth and reliability of a good neighbour to my work and take the time to truly get to know each person, listen to their stories, and understand how best to support their day-to-day life.
