Paddock Wood Community Voices

This provider has yet to add availability information.

Paddock Wood Community Voices is a fun singing for wellbeing group, led by Sue Lovell of Versatile Vocals.

Open to everyone, our sessions are inspired by “Sing to Beat Parkinson’s” training.  Research shows that singing can benefit everyone’s mental health, as well as supporting those living with conditions such as Parkinson’s and dementia.

We sing for the joy of it, and we’re far from a formal choir — perhaps think of it as singing for the terrified!

Our members describe us as uplifting, de-stressing, cheerful, fulfilling, friendly, accessible, relaxing, inspirational — and even addictive!

Come along to enjoy a lovely cuppa, meet new friends, build confidence and, importantly, share plenty of laughs.

We meet term time, on Monday mornings and Thursday evenings, at Paddock Wood Community Centre.

See you soon.
