Pathfinders is part of Connect in the North. Connect in the North is based in Leeds and led by people with learning difficulties. We want people with learning difficulties to have the same choices and chances in life as anyone else.
Pathfinders are people with learning difficulties who are good at travelling by themselves. They are trained to work with other people with learning difficulties helping them to learn how to use the bus (or train). This will help more people to be able to get to work, college or see their friends and have a better life.
