I am a self employed community support provider. I enjoy helping and supporting people to live their life independently.  I help with cooking, cleaning, going out shopping, hospital appointments etc. I have been a carer for 33 years and have experience with complex needs, learning difficulties, brain injuries, autism. Medication trained, first aid, epilepsy and mental health difficulties.
