Phillimon – care offers various types of care tailored to an individual’s needs, including personal care, companionship care, medication support, specialist care for specific health conditions and respite care as required. This care is received in the comfort of their own home. The individuals will receive regular visits from a fully trained and experienced worker who can support them in every aspect of their life. This is as indicated above from personal care to household chores and meal preparation.
Phillimon-care will provide physical and emotional support, helping with daily tasks and promoting independence. Our responsibilities as a company are to deliver the following:
Personal care – assist with personal hygiene such as shaving, bathing and oral care
Daily tasks – helping with getting ready for the day, eating, drinking and taking medication
Household help – doing laundry, ironing, shopping and any other house work
Social care – maintaining links with friends and family and paying bills where necessary and collecting prescriptions
Companionship – providing emotional support and spending time with the person receiving care
Monitoring – taking temperature, pulse, respiration and weight and record baseline observations and liaise with the MDT
Safety – ensuring the person’s safety from harm, abuse and injury
Phillimon – care will help people to live more independently for as long as possible. Phillimon – care will make sure individuals are comfortable in their own environment fostering a profound sense of security and tranquility. At Phillimon – care we empowers individuals by preserving their independence allowing them to maintain control over their daily routines, activities and choices.
